Delete your Petalune account

You can delete your Petalune account and everything stored with it at any time, from the app or the web. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.

In the app (Android or iPhone)

Open Petalune and tap your avatar (top right on Home) to open Account.
Optional: tap Download my data to save a copy.
Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
If Petalune asks you to sign in again, do so and tap Delete account once more.

On the web

Go to petalune.space and sign in with the same account.
Open Account (bottom of the sidebar, or the avatar on Home).
Tap Delete account, sign in once more to confirm it's you, and the account is deleted.

What's deleted

Your sign-in account.
Everything you logged: periods, daily logs (flow, symptoms, mood, notes) and body measurements.
Your profile, reminder settings and health-app sync records.
Your chats with Luna, what Luna remembered, and your ratings and reports.
Partner sharing links and invite codes, on both sides, and this phone's notification token.

What's kept: nothing in Petalune's database. Copies can stay in our providers' encrypted backups for a short time until those backups expire. Data in Apple Health or Health Connect belongs to those apps and stays under your control there.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Any period, day log or body entry can be edited or removed in the app or on the web. Luna's chats and memories can be deleted from the Buddy screen, and Account → Health sync → Disconnect removes values synced from a health app.

Can't sign in?

Email skydev.apps.contact@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete the account and its data for you.
